You’ll be added to the free agent list. Before the annual draft (usually in January), any team can draft you—and if you’re drafted, you’re committed to that team for the season. After the draft, teams can still reach out, and you’re free to join any team that offers you a spot.

If there’s a specific team you’d like to join, reach out to them directly on Instagram before registering. Once you’re drafted by a team, you’re committed to that team for the season.

Not guaranteed, as it depends on team needs and roster space. But all players who sign up get the opportunity to try out at the annual draft.

Playing time is up to each team. Most managers aim to get everyone involved, but it may depend on your commitment, position, and the flow of the game.

Most games are in Central Park, but expect a few throughout the season on Randall’s Island or in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Rosters usually run about 25 players. Not everyone is at every game, so teams build in extra depth to make sure they can field a lineup each week.

Wood bats only. Metal cleats are not allowed in Central Park. Bring your glove and any personal gear you like.

The league is competitive, but all skill levels are welcome. We have a mix of former Pro, college, and high school players.
